Award-Winning Proposals
Government entities and other large clients require very complex and comprehensive proposals on the basis of which huge contracts are awarded. Since 1989, the success rate of CAMCO proposals is enviable in the industry, resulting in over $15 billion in national contracts for a variety of firms.
Project Management
CAMCO has advised and consulted with clients to accomplish commercial property development, land disposition, and the acquisition or disposition of retail, resort, office, and residential complexes. Major projects include creating a seller financing system for commercial REO, structuring sealed bid sales, organizing live and online auctions, and devising methods to handle tracking and bidding for thousands of single-family assets and non-performing loans.
